Lattice Beams

Layher supplies a type-tested range of lattice beams made from either steel or aluminum. These are designed for the connection of scaffolding couplers.

Lattice beams are used to build:

• Bridging
• Projections and strengthening
• Surface scaffolding
• Roof structures and enclosures

Couplers

Layher supplies a comprehensive range of scaffolding couplers with screw and wedge connections in drop-forged steel as per DIN EN 74-1 or with general building authority approval from the DIBt (German Civil Engineering Institute).

Example: Rapid Coupler

• Considerably simplified screwing and tightening of the collar nuts.
• Available as a double or swivel coupler.
• 10 percent faster assembly thanks to larger thread pitch.
• Ease of maintenance and long service life thanks to self-cleaning thread.

Transition decks

Layher supplies a range of products to cover over gaps.

Cover Plate 320

• Can be used for gap widths up to 20 cm.
• Bolts are supplied for fastening.

Cover ledger 110 LW

• For gap-free covering between main scaffolding decks and bracket decks.
• Available in various lengths.

Telescoping U-system deck

• For covering over gaps in widths 40 mm – 255 mm.
• For use up to load class 6, depending on deck length.
• No risk of stumbling thanks to the closed and gap-free deck level.
• Infinitely adjustable and quick to assemble.

Scaffolding Enclosures

Layher supplies an extensive range of scaffolding tarpaulins and nets as per DIN 4420-1 as well as the associated keder rails.

• Practically waterproof and dustproof enclosure of buildings using the keder system with ready-made keder tarpaulins.
• Prevents objects from falling from the scaffolding leveland helps protect passers-by and traffic.

Castors

Layher supplies an extensive range of robust castors for building mobile scaffolding in accordance with DIN 4420-3.

• Special tyre materials available for specific applications.
• Safer manoeuvering of the entire scaffolding structure without major physical effort.

Scaffolding Pallets

Layher offers a full range of scaffolding pallets and special pallets, e.g. for the Speedy assembly frame Lightweight, STAR Frame, Shoring Frame TG 60 and cassette roof elements.

• Space-saving storage and transport of empty pallets thanks to the removable pallet posts.
• Storage and transport of standards, guardrails, diagonal braces, toe boards and also, with skeleton box insert, small parts such as couplers.
• Available in square or rectangular format, with or without skeleton box insert.
• Can be moved and stacked using a crane or forklift truck.
